Liz and Joanne, I've attached the latest roadway and erosion control plans for B-5516. As we've discussed, no impacts to jurisdictional resources are planned, so a permit is not anticipated; however, the Dam Safety Permit Application requires documentation for the 401/404 permits, but since we don't expect permits to be required, we will need letters documenting that the agencies agree. I think an email will suffice. Let me know if you have any questions.
