I attached two pictures of the small stream (approximately 2 feet wide) that will have the aerial crossing for the gravity sewer as
mentioned in your email below. I have also attached a map of the location that shows the overall watershed area for this
stream. Please let me know if you have any other concerns or would like to make a field visit to this location.

I reviewed the response to the Division's request for more information. Thank you for the detailed response and the
modifications that have been made to the proposed project.
I have one concern about the sewer line plans: The aerial crossing at station 94+00 (sheet C-106 appears to be only 1.5' above
the bottom of the stream channel. I have concerns that this will negatively impact the stream channel by acting as a blockage
during high flow events.
Also, your response to DWR Comment #1 was that you would send us a copy of your response to the Corps. We can't finalize our
review until we receive a copy of that response.
Finally, I have some questions about the Stormwater Plan. I just left a voicemail for Micha Eccles but it's late on a Friday so I don't
expect he'll get the message until next week. I'm out in the field every day next week but hopefully he and I can catch up
somehow. Most likely I'll have some items he'll need to formally respond to/revise, but before I type those up I want to see if he
can clarify a few things by phone for me. I'll copy you on any emails that I send to him requesting more information.
