NCDOT requests the issuance of a Nationwide Permit 3 and 401 Water Quality
Certification for the replacement of Bridge #28 in Hertford County. Documents for the
permit application have been attached, and hard copies will be mailed. This project is
within DCM's jurisdiction, and an application for a CAMA General Permit will be
submitted.
