Steve,
Thanks for the email. Laurie noticed that the impacts listed in your latest plan indicate 484 linear feet
of impacts. The PCN that you emailed has 584 linear feet. Will you revise sheet 8 of 13 and email the
corrected version back to us?
Thanks!

The proposed impacts are installing 5 gabion structures and 7 cross vanes along the creek bank at
areas identified with moderate to significant bank erosion. Gabions will be gravity retaining wall
structures. Reinforced turf mat will be used to stabilize the bank in indicated areas.
2. Individually list wetland impacts. Types of impacts include, but are not limited to
mechanized clearing, grading, fill, excavation, flooding, ditching/drainage, etc. For dams,
separately list impacts due to both structure and flooding.

3. List the total acreage (estimated) of all existing wetlands on the property: 1,200 LF of
streambed.
4. Individually list all intermittent and perennial stream impacts. Be sure to identify temporary
impacts. Stream impacts include, but are not limited to placement of fill or culverts, dam
construction, flooding, relocation, stabilization activities (e.g., cement walls, rip-rap, crib
walls, gabions, etc.), excavation, ditching/straightening, etc. If stream relocation is proposed,
plans and profiles showing the linear footprint for both the original and relocated streams
must be included. To calculate acreage, multiply lenath X width. then divide by 43.560.

Laurie & Eric,
Since all this one needed was a change from 'intermittent' to 'perennial' I asked Steve Blanchard to just
email me the changes. I'm going to issue this one as time permts.
