The project would enhance the current function of an existing stormwater basin on the existing landfill property. The proposed basin would temporarily impact 0.01 acre of wetland and 70 linear feet of perennial stream channel in order to enhance and regrade the existing sediment basin. There will also be 845 square feet of exempt impacts to Zone 2 buffers for grading and revegetation, as well as 1,894 square feet of allowable impacts to Zone 1 buffers for temporary sediment and erosion control measures. The enclosed Pre -Construction Notification form, Vicinity map, USGS map, Basin Location map, stream, wetland, and buffer impact drawings, and erosion & sedimentation control plan are being submitted for your review and approval of this project.
