Good afternoon Stephanie,
Timmons is working with the City of Durham on a water maintenance facility. Based on the size of the
project, we believe it would be good to go ahead and set up a pre -application meeting. I have
attached two conceptual site plan alternatives that we are currently working through. We are not
sure at this time whether a variance will be needed. We do anticipate having a better handle on the
impacts prior to our meeting.
I reached out to Jennifer and Samantha this morning and Jennifer suggested bringing you in as well.
She went ahead and suggested that we meet at your office and gave me a couple of available dates:
6/12: afternoon
6/15: afternoon
6/19-6/21: anytime
Please let us know when you might be available and hopefully we can all sit down soon!
