This email is to let you know that we are still working on our response to the information requested in the
Post-Public Notice meeting and the DWQ Request for More Information letter for the Village at Flowers
Plantation project. The reasons for this delay are because we are still working on modifications to one of the
road crossings in order to avoid buffer mitigation in addition to still corresponding with the Forest Creek
Mitigation Bank and the NCEEP in order to comply with the new mitigation guidance required by the USACE.
It is our intentions to finalize these issues and have a formal response to you within the next 2-3 weeks. Please
respond to this email if this is unacceptable.
