ATTENTION: DO NOT USE RECENTLY ISSUED ID# NCR000169292 for Culpeper of Roanoke Rapids
It has come to our attention that Culpeper is located at the former Georgia-Pacific Treating site in Roanoke
Rapids identified in the EPA RCRAInfo database as ID# NCD101734598. The new number was issued in error.
Invoice #HW74241 was created as SQG and thus far has not been paid. FIMU will nullify the new ID#
NCR000169292 and mark the recent "initial notification" as a subsequent under the old Georgia-Pacific ID#.
I hope this is clear to everyone. I spoke to Robert Patterson in Storm Water and he said correcting the ID#
would not be a problem. Robert, please insert NCD101734598 as the correct EPA ID#.
