Project has excessive amount of stream impacts.
Project has existing stormwater in-line with streams. Little treatment, no retention to speak of.
ARO can only concur with the issueance of this project if:
1 Mitigation is provided off-site / Mitigation Bank / EEP.
2 All stormwater for entire facility is pulled out of streams and both stormwater treatment and retention is off-line.
3 Proposed relocation is performed such that there is a connection with groundwater and 7Q10 is maintained as a Certification
requirement
4 Turbidity and / or settelable solids monitoring in accordance with Water Quality Standards for receiving stream is performed and
reported BViolation of WO Standards should have 24 hour reporting requirement.
