Hello Sue;
We decided it would be most clear and concise to add a Figure 3 of Temporary Wetland Impacts. I created a table in excel that
quantifies the temporary impacts that matches the PCN. That saved sending multiple pages of temporary impacts. Please let me
know if you would prefer a different way of presenting this information.
Thank you for your input. It was greatly appreciated.

I think it's reasonable to include any area of wetlands that you propose to grade as temporary impacts. Although if you propose
to add fill then I defer to David to determine if he'd call that permanent impact or temporary. You'll need to update the PCNs and
impact maps. I don't think you need to update the drawings as that won't change, its just that we need to approve those impacts
in the 404 and 401. You can submit just the pages that have been revised via email.
Thanks,

Hello Sue;
You are correct that only permanent impacts have been included in the permit table. That said, would it be reasonable to include
the remaining wetlands as temporary impacts? Do we need to update the figures and tables? And if so, can we update the
figures and tables and send them to you via email, rather than resubmitting the entire permit package?
Please let me know what is the best way to update the package for you all.
Thanks
Grant

Worth and Grant,
I have reviewed all 4 of the Cape Fear 02 (Octabank) PCNs and I have one question that applies to all of them:
The impact map you submitted with each PCN is very helpful, thank you for including those. You have calculated the permanent
impacts to all wetlands based on where you'll be constructing channels within the wetlands. However based on the slope stakes
shown on the plans and the cross-sections provided there may also be grading impacts (in some cases, possibly fill) within the
existing wetlands adjacent to these channels. It doesn't look like these were included in the impact table, is that correct? If so,
could you please update the impact map to include any temporary grading impacts to any existing wetlands.
Thanks,
