please contact me before you submit the PCN, so we can coordinate with the resource agencies, and ensure that you will get the
required approval before you start work.

Please see attached permit application. We have an out-of-state specialized contractor lined up for this work. He will be in our
area to start on 6/23/17 as I understand it. As a result, this may be an after-the-fact permit depending on when you issue it. No
tree cutting is expected. Call if you have questions.
