Hi Mike,
Please email me a copy of your signed and dated Shoreline Stabilization Application Form. Or,you can upload it through
the NCDEQ Supplemental Information Upload Form.
I have also attached the Catawba Buffer Rules which has a Table of Uses that describes activities that are exempt,
allowable, and allowable with mitigation within the Catawba Buffer. A Buffer Authorization Application must be
submitted and approved before any proposed activities take place within the buffer.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
