DOT could not justify impacts beyond the interchange at US 311, as part of Section C, as they were for grading into the
forthcoming Section D.

We provided the updated/revised permit sheets to USACE for U-2579C, that excludes Sites 1, 2, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4, and 5, as the Title
sheet submitted with the application shows the noted sites.

The title sheet and two other pages have been revised to eliminate sites 1-5 and a revised date has been added to distinguish
