REGAN Secretary S. JAY ZMAIERMAN Director On May 25, 2017, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the subject facility. This inspection was conducted as Compliance Evaluation Inspections (CEI) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. At the time of inspections facility appeared to be well maintained and operated. We wish to thank you and the operating staff for assistance regarding this inspection. It was noted that this facility is to construct a non -discharge treatment facility during the summer of 2017. Please note that in accordance with your current NPDES Permit, Number NC 0030597, Part III, Section D, Facility Closure Requirements, The Permittee must notify the Division at least 90 days prior to the closure of any wastewater treatment system covered by the subject permit. The Division may require specific measures during deactivation of the system to prevent adverse impacts to waters of the State. This permit cannot be rescinded while any activities requiring a permit continues at the permitted facility.
