We submitted a Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Application Form and processing fee of $200 on
September 3, 2008. On September 25, 2008 we received a letter from DWQ stating the fee should be
$240 not $200. Enclosed is a check for $240 to cover the processing fee for Marine Corps Base Camp
Lejeune Install Moving Target on Range G5 - N40085-08B-0049.
