I've reviewed your request for a 401 for the replacement of Bridge # 29 over Little River on Sr 1144 (Foreman Bundy Rd)
in Pasquotank Co. Water Quality Certification No. 4085 applies to this activity (DWR project # 20170595). Written
approval is not required for use of this certification provided all the conditions can be met and the thresholds listed in
the certification are not exceeded. The requested in-water work moratorium of February 15 —June 30 is a condition of
