NCDOT TO CONDUCT PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 29
FOR THE PROPOSED CONVERSION OF THE AT GRADE INTERSECTION
OF I-85 BUSINESS AND OLD GREENSBORO ROAD TO AN INTERCHANGE
IN THOMASVILLE, DAVIDSON COUNTY
STIP Project No. R-5737
The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting for the proposed conversion
of the at grade intersection of I-85 Business and Old Greensboro Road (S.R. 1798) in Thomasville
to an interchange.
The meeting will be held on June 29th in the Mary E. Rittling Conference Center at Davidson
County Community College located at 297 DCC Road in Thomasville from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Interested citizens may attend at any time during the meeting hours. NCDOT representatives
will be available to answer questions and receive comments regarding the project. Please note
that no formal presentation will be made. All comments received will be taken into
consideration as the project progresses.
