I, Christopher L. Cole, a Professional Land Surveyor (L-5008) with the state of North Carolina that was in
responsible charge of this survey at the time that it was performed certify that the "Nutrient Offset
Area" that was improved by planting within the easement at the Mapleview Farm site contains
approximately 4.54 acres and that the "Buffer Preservation Area" contains approximately 3.10 acres.
