Owen,
Thank you for showing me the project today. As we discussed in the field, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) needs
some additional information to complete the 401 Water Quality Certification review. The application is on -hold until
the following information is received:
1. Please provide the temporary and permanent seed mix specification for the wetland disturbed areas and
disturbed areas adjacent to stream channels.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days of
receipt of this email, the DWR will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this
project will necessitate reapplication to the DWR for approval, including a complete application package and the
appropriate fee.

Contact me anytime if you need guidance on this additional information request. The DWR will also need additional
information on how the project will be completed "in the dry'. This information can be submitted once the contractor is
chosen, and before any of the impacts occur.
