Bridge 59 is consideretl strudurally deficient.

The project involves replacement of existing bridge 59, a 153 ft long bridge, with a 3 span (80 ft each span) 180 ft long bridge on the same alignment.
An oft-site detour will be utilized and standard 6ridge construction operations will be employed. No temporary causeway or work bridge is proposetl.
