Attached, please find the PCN, PJD and Permit Drawings for the replacement of Bridge
770059 (TIP-5693) along SR 1924 over Big Marsh Swamp in Robeson
County. Permanent Wetland fill is 405 SF /<0.01 acre. Hand Clearing is required for the
installation of utility guy.
Since this project proposes minimal wetland impact, an email would be sufficient reply
stating the project is covered by NWP#3.
