Duke Energy is submitting the attached revised Table 1 — "Seep Pollutant Analysis" and additional Table 2 -
"Outfall 102 Monthly Sample Results" for the subject facility for your review and file Revised Table 1 includes
water quality standards for total arsenic, total selenium, and total mercury Table 2 summarizes the monthly sample
results for outfall 102 Outfall 102 is the only seep outfall which has had flow since the effective date of the
subject permit Samples collected from Outfall 102 have not exceeded water quality standards for Class C waters
found in 15A NCAC 02B 0211
