The following locations experienced sediment loss. All offsite sediment has been recovered and the areas have been seeded and mulch. Sta.34+50 — We experienced approximately 1 cy of sediment loss, due to overtopping the installed basin. The basin was constructed larger than specified on the plans. Sta. 38+50 — The silt fence was breached adjacent to the permitted area. There was no loss in the permitted portion. Approximately 2 cy of material. Sta. 44+00 to 48+00 -). The basin was overwhelmed and approx. 1-2 cy loss. The loss was over the top of hardware cloth. Sta. 55+00 - The loss was in the existing road at the permitted area. Approximately 1 cy of loss in the trash area . Sta. 67+50 - Water went over basin and deposited about a bucket of sediment. Thunder removed the silt fence and placed another rock check and the outlet was wrapped around the basin. In addition, a larger basin was added at the top of slope. Wattles were replaced along the slope. The contractor will continue to repair and replace onsite measures. Brandon S.
