Note: This new project should be given a separate DWR number than the DOT project
it's referring to. I'm issuing this NW 12 to the town separate so they can do the work
before DOT gets the road design done. I'm waiving the fee since DOT will be doing a
new mod soon for that actual road.

Mr. Ridings,
Below is a link to download a permit package to open cut a portion of the Booker Dairy
Road Water Main Relocation project that is in conjunction with NCDOT's U-3334B road
widening and expansion project. The portion included in this PCN permit will be
installed ahead of all NCDOT road work, but will eventually be inside of the road
R/W. We've been told that the environmental permits for the road disturbance will be
submitted later this year.
