Undrea- Based upon NCDOT's preferred alternative no longer having any
jurisdictional impacts to Waters of the United States, we concur with the
removal of the project from the Merger Process

Attached is a draft letter requesting removal of TIP Project No
R-4748 from the merger process I am submitting this letter for your review
Please respond with comments by March 27 Once the letter is finalized, I
will send the letter out to the team
In the meantime, we need to get together by conference call to discuss the
official transition of the project from merger Or is it possible to take
care of this through our email correspondence>
