Hi all,
Adam has submitted the attached revised MP forms to reflect the plan I previously sent about a month ago. After
further review of the plan and discussion, it was determined he did not need to reduce the size of the platform in this
case. Please note that he is proposing all 4 slips on the waterward side of the float due to small vessel size, and does not
intend to dock on the back side of the float.
