Subject: Mitigation for Kia Mazda Site in New Bern
Ms. Turner,
On June 6, 2017 1 had sent you an e-mail requesting that the Kia/Mazda site in New Bern needs to look into mitigating
for a portion of the .39 acre wetland that is going to be filled and impacted by the proposed development onsite.
We require both minimization and avoidance when working in wetlands, if that's not possible than we require mitigation
for any impact over 1/10th of an acre.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience, so we can either move forward with this project or but it on the shelf
when the mitigation issue has been worked out.
