On April 26, 2017, the Division issued. a Notice of Violation (NOV) against Charlotte Mecklenburg
Board of Education - Berryhill Elementary School WWTP. The NOV was based upon a violation of the
reporting requirement by failing to file the February 2017 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) with the
Division within the thirty (30) day reporting period. The February DMR was due on April 1, 2017. After
your receipt of the NOV, Jeff Mitchell contacted this office indicating that the DMR was late due to the
February 2017 DMR being inadvertently submitted as the March 2017 DMR in the eDMR system. The
missing February 2017 DMR has been submitted and the March 2017 DMR has been amended.
Base on this information, I have withdrawn the NOV against Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education -
Berryhill Elementary School WWTP for the cited violation and directed that the record of this violation
be removed from our files.
