Please_ review the Flows for the Aril 2017 DMR and submit a written response within 10 days of receipt of this
letter to this Office explaining why the Monthly Average Flow exceeded the permit limit by 6.48 %.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
