This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing several pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Tyrrell County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's
(canals) to the Little Alligator River, Stream Index No. 30-16-22
Pipe 1 Existing 36" X 48' RCP will be replaced by a 42" X 50' CAP at N 35.969294° W
76.115021°.
Pipe 3 Existing 30" X 48' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 50' CAP at N 35.950021° W
76.080961°.
Pipe 4 Existing 30" X 36' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 35.948155° W
76.077784°.
Due to the additional length over 10 linear feet, the permit application for Pipe 2 will be
submitted at a later date when permit drawings can be composed.
