Hey Kristi Lynn,
There is a long story with this one, but bottom line is DOT never sent this to you or a
hard copy to Raleigh as they should have so it never got entered into BIMS. Also, the
PCN was not signed and dated rendering it incomplete. I now have a signed and dated
signature page which I will forward to you shortly. Can you please enter into BIMS as
20160658 version 2? The received date can be 6/7 which is when I got the signature
page. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
