This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Tyrrell County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's
(canals) to the Alligator River, Stream Index No. 30-16-(7)
Existing 30" X 38' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 35.7307856°
76.138860°.
Existing 36" X 44' CMP will be replaced by a 36" X 50' CAP at N 35.733313°
