Subject: HF Lee Seep Collection and Conveyance System
Mr. Cahoon,
Upon review of the application for the proposed seep collection and conveyance system, this Office has concerns of
potential drainage of the existing wetlands from the construction of the diversion channel through the wetlands. This
would constitute a violation of wetland standards under 15A NCAC 02B .0231. In addition, please explain the temporary
fill associated with matting for equipment access.
