Please find attached for your review the "Initial Interest in Participation in the Express Review Program"
application for the subject project. I have submitted with the USACOE the NW 39 for the roadway and utility
crossing of a buffered stream located at the Wilson Corporate Park.
Also attached is the Buffer Determination map we prepared that shows the Lat and Long at the end of the
feature, the Quad and Soils maps and the Preliminary Plan and Recorded Final Plat of the Wilson Corporate
Park, both of which were approved and recorded in 1994.

The extension of an existing 30' wide asphalt Roadway (Corporate Parkway) to connect with Lamm Road (SR 1001) to
include an extension of an existing 12 " Gravity sanitary sewer line and 12 " potable water line to serve Wilson Corporate
Park - Phase III. It should be noted that this Corporate Park and subject right a way was recorded in the Wilson County.
Registry of Deeds in September 1994, and the Preliminary Plan for the entire corporate Park was approved in March
1994, both prior to the Neuse River Regulations.
