As discussed, the increase in impacts from 144 In ft to 163 In ft would normally trigger the threshold for mitigation (>/= to 150 In ft); in this case, I have waived that requirement. I based that waiver on the fact the feature will remain open and not piped as originally planned and will provide an opportunity for some storm water treatment. The situation is that the stream impact went from 144 LF to 163 LF due to the open ditch revision in lieu of the drainage pipes. Jay forwarded to you the new plans and drawings through email. Do you need further info from me? If not, can we get a verbal approval from you and wait for the actual permit? The Contractor is trying to start work on 6/1. I know this is rushing and I apologize.
