During our site visit I verified that the fill and runoff material had been removed behind lots 77 and 78 according to our requirements. As such, I will send a letter today closing out our Unauthorized Activity action on this property. Furthermore, I field verified (via tape measure) the staked headwall locations of the permitted southern creek crossing to confirm the length of permitted culvert footprint stream impacts. I found that the staked headwall locations fit within the permitted culvert impact thresholds, and thus the project is in compliance with Special Condition 1 of Nationwide Permit 29 verified for use on 5/17/2017. Thank you for your coordination and cooperation, and please let me know if you have any as construction proceeds. -Dave Bailey --- David E.
