8/28/2014 Site visit with Kevin Barnett. Site is in first year, stream built, trees not planted (see jason's email 8/21/14). No signs yet.
11-22-2016 Culvert is perched, hardly any trees, needs planting, lower section especially, noted dead live stakes but no trees. No
headcut noted but did see a lot of sediment buildup and algae close to the culvert
11-22-2016 Discuss resetting the clock due to lack of vegetion in 2016 monitoring comments
5/24/2017 site visit with kevin ginny dwr and marla wrc after r2518a&b closeouts. Site is flowing better then last visit, perched
issue less evident right after bankful event (heavy rains day before) trees replanted are surviving but very small for going
into MY4
5/24/2017 I would suggest adding 2-3 years on due to buffer needing to get onto success.
