8/28/2014 Site visit with Kevin Barnett. Stream stable, signage good, some multiflora rose, but ok.
8/28/2014 Cross vanes observed for stream enhancement - is stable but no planted trees observed as referenced in monitoring
plan.
8/28/2014 Left buffer very narrow, easter 3/5th 7'-10' wide (google earth and field), western left buffer 18-15, right buffer (north
side) ok. There is building debris, pallets, in buffer that should be removed.
11/21/2014 Fence and signage needed along drive, hay bails and trailer parked in easement. Black plastic also present. Was area
along drive suppose to have been planted, it was not nor was the right bank which is different then planting plan.
5/24/2017 Site not closed out with other 2518b sites due to having issue with land owner encroaching. To be fenced. Possibly his
driveway moved. DOT is figuring this out. See 5/30/2017 email
