8/27/14 Site visit with Kevin Barnett. Small Parcel to S. Right (west buffer) 15' wide as measured with google maps. Rest of parcel
good on signage, trees, stream etc.
8/27/14 N. Parcel, w, or right buffer is narrow at southern end (15', mostly ok as measured on google earth). Utility line running
entire e. side of buffer. Trees allright but there is dense lezpedeza on site in areas. Signage ok. Steep buffer.
8/27/14 N. parcel up 3/4 is linear wetland and not flowing. Channel non-existent in some sections. Not a"64c" channel as
defined to be.
8/27/2014 utility line running entire E. side of buffer.
5/8/2015 stream is flowing in stream bed throughout not a linear wetland
10/24/2016 This site appears to have characteristics of linear wetland, bed and bank not obvious obvious. Additionally,
supplemental planting is needed, too many non-treed areas. There is encroachment on right buffer -scalloping,
additional signage needed. See pic
