8/28/14 Site visit with Kevin Barnett. No trees planted, see jason's 8/21/14 email. No signs yet. Has utility xing. Tie-in to stream
has erosion issues and should be fixed, rest of stream looked stable.
11-22-2016 Site visit with kevin, stable stream, some dead livestakes, trees sparse would recommend replanting.
5/24/2017 site visit with kevin ginny dwr and marla wrc after r2518a&b closeouts. trees replanted are surviving but very small for
going into MY4. I would suggest adding 2-3 years onto monitoring to make sure site hits success criteria
