Signage needed along road. Rt buffer 25-27' wide in field with slope. Left buffer (NE side) closer to 15' wide in sections (10-12 ' on google earth???) Lezpedeza from rd slope. Horizontal measurement on GIS more narrow. 8/28/14 Lezpedeza along edge of site encroaching from toe of slope. Stream narrow, 1' wide in sections, has potential to become linear wetland. Stable. Trees in good shape. 10/24/2016 Upper 30' of channel has higher slope and banks, not clear it it is just getting stormwater, was eroded. Then there is 1' head cut, stream flattens and spreads. No bed and bank at all, mucky, clearly a linear wetland, has cattails. 10/24/2016 Site has minimal pattern so valley length won't make much difference. See pics. 5/23/2017 As discussed at meeting with dot, acoe, wrc, and fws. Site has caused flooding at neigbor's property. Byron says two feet higher then designed, has turned into a wetland. Remedial action is planned. I also asked byron to look at top of site, 5/23/2017 top of site appeared to have some ephemeral characteristics. 5/31/2017
