Mitigation Site: US 19 Streams- Site 26 Georges Fork
COMMENTS
Right bank recently mowed. Site has very few trees, needs planting with monitoring clock reset. Which bank had been
excavated?
Stream bank is also eroded in some sections where it appears the structures were placed in the wrong location for
stream geomorphology. Signage needed throughout.

site looked ok, has been fenced so church will not mow, replanted. Visited with dot randy, byron and jason after
