Vigorous 3 yr old trees, not exotic issues, good signage. Buffer width good. 2: 8/25/2014 Length of stream on google earth appears to be 30-40' short, Google earth measured at 412'. Was 8'x10 3: 8/25/2014 Equinox was consultant with local techical college helping with design. There is a path, picnic table, and : 4: 8/25/2014 P2 design, buffer width good, stable but aggrading as X-vanes are covered with sediment from neigbor b 5: 11-22-2016 A lot of water and sediment moving through stream. Some instability noted (downcutting, bank sluffing ar 6: 11-22-2016 Site appears unstable, what happened with proposed repairs? 7: 5/23/2017 Closeout site visit with randy, byron, and Jason of DOT and Marla of wrc, ginny, site is 430' to offset 175' the other 255' should be reinspected before debited for another impact. 8: 5/23/2017 There are two bends with erosion that were monitored with pins, At pin 1(see monitoring report) there is , actively eroding. Pin 2 location is flush but wider area. I asked for third pin 9: 5/23/2017 To be put in at Pin 2 location (lower down, left bank) Pin 2 location has 20 feet. This area appears unstab future impacts. DOT to photo and monitor pins in stewardship. 10: 5/23/2017 see closeout letter from DWR. 11: 12: 13: 14: 15: Open Report to Print Return to Data Input Form 'box culvert under 226 counted as part of the 450'? ;ign located in easement buffer. One crossvane noted, others appear to be buried impacts, two bends have erosion, site closed out with stipulation that 8" of pin sticking out (10 of bank erading).
