The oversight was on our end. Older plans weren't deleted as new ones were received and the wrong one got attached. This still doesn't answer all your questions, so I will get those answered and provide you the information asap. Karen/Stephanie: Please update the Centerpoint PCN application with the attached plans. An older version had been attached mistakenly. Ms. Alexander's questions are pasted below for your information. The plans provided indicate an earth dike will be installed after the pond has been de -watered. Flow will then be returned and the dike will divert flow during excavation. The plan notes the dike will be created from either pond sediment or imported fill. It seems that pond sediment may not be suitable material for this purpose. It may not be stable material and could create turbidity issues and sediment loss downstream. Please clarify the type of material to be used for the dike and measures to avoid increased turbidity. Additionally, please provide an approximate amount of fill to be used for the dike. The use of a NWP 29 does not allow the discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the U.S. within the FEMA 100 -year floodplain that result in permanent above - grade fills. It is important to note all material for the dike will be removed prior to the project completion. The plans show the lay down area for excavated material post removal for dewatering. Please provide the location of the final disposal site. At this time the application is considered incomplete due to incomplete/inaccurate plans. Please provide the additional information within 30 days or I will withdraw the application.
