Dear Mr. Mitchell:
The Division of Water Resources has reviewed your submittal for a 401 Wa[er Quality Certitication for the
aforementioned projecL Review of your application revealed it lackin� necessary information required for making
an infonned permit decision. The pennit application was deficient in the followine areas:
• No information in the S[ormwater Management Plan for [he treatment of additiunal srormwater
Therefore, pursuant to I SA NCAC 2H .0507(a)(5), we will have to place the permit application on hold until we are
supplied [he necessary infomiation. You have 21 days to respond in writing wilh the requested intbrma[ion or
notitication to this office [hat the inforn�ation is forthcoming. If, a[ [he end of the ? I days. [his otiice has not
received this information in writing, we will assmne you are wi[hdrawing your applica[ion and it will be retumed.
Furthermore, until the infomiation is received by the NC Division of Water Resources. we request (by copy of this
letter) tha[ [he US Army Corps of Gngineers place the permit application on hold.
