Here is the form. As mentioned this is a property we are in the process of purchasing, (closing date July
17th) however we are concerned in regards to the buffer with regards to a fence on the back of the property
where the yard ends (— 10 feet from the ditch) and we also would like to place a swingset, trampoline and
eventually a pool in the yard. Please let me know if you need anything else.
