The Division of Water Resources has reviewed your submittal for a 401 Wa[er Quality Certitication for die
aforementioned projecL Review of your application revealed it lackin� necessary information required for making
an infonned permit decision. The pertnit application was deficient in the following areas:
• No information in the S[ormwater Managemen[ Plan for Ihe treatment of addi[ional srormwa�er
Therefore. pursuant to I SA NCAC 2H .0507(a)(5), we will have to place the permit application on hold until we are
supplied [he necessary infomia[ion. You have 21 days to respond io writing with the requested information or
notitication to Ihis office [hat the inforn�ation is forthcoming. If, a[ [he end of the ? I days, [his oflice has not
received this information in writing, we will assume you are wi[hdrawing your applica[ion and it will be retumed.
Furthermore, until the infomiation is received by the NC Division of Water Resources. we request (by copy of this
letter) tha[ [he US Army Corps of Gngineers place the permit application on hold.
