I left you a voicemail the other day regarding this project. I realized after I received your
email that the buffer mitigation section of the PCN had been incorrectly filled out. I have
therefore attached an updated PCN and plan set. Please note that the main difference
on this form is that both Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough have delegated
authorities and that all buffer mitigation will be through each of them and not the State.
I will bring the requested check by today.

Catherine,
We have received your request for Section 401 Approval related to the Eno River
Charter School — Hwy 57 Widening/Improvements.
Due to the fact that stream impacts exceed 150 feet and buffer approval is required, the
project cannot be reviewed until fees have been submitted.
Fees for this project would be in the amount of $570.00 and could be submitted in any
of the following ways:
1. If Project is being DOT funded have DOT provide me with the WBS Element code
that would allow internal transfer.
2. If Project is not being DOT funded:
A. A check made out to NC Division of Water Resources can be mailed
to:
