Hi Jason,
I have finalized my review of the North Fork Little River AsBuilt Report received on April 24, 2017. It looked great! The
only edits necessary are to Section 4.0 (page 3) and Table 1.
Please round up 41,618.99 lbs -Nitrogen to 41,619 lbs -Nitrogen. Send me revised text of these two pages and we are all
set.
Andrea — Please modify the Bond date as provided in the AsBuilt in Appendix E to be today or tomorrow's date. Since
the construction bond read that it was effective until approval of AsBuilt Report, the new bond for monitoring shouldn't
be effective until you have received approval from me. That approval will be either today or tomorrow depending on
when jason can respond to the items above. Once the date has been changed and bond has been signed, please send
me an original (with the seal) and I'll have DWR sign as the Obligee. Then ... we can get the credit release finalized.
