Anthony,
From the NCDEQ interactive map the parcel is outside the Neuse NSW requirements for nutrient removal. The parcel is
not incorporated into the City of New Bern and is under the planning jurisdiction of Craven County. Is this map outdated
and/or are additional areas included in the Neuse NSW boundaries for New Bern?

Ms. Turner,
Upon my review of the subject application, this Office will request a further discussion of the justification of purpose and
need for the wetland fill and information regarding the conceptual design of the stormwater pond including calculation
to address nitrogen removal.
Thanks,

Kyle and Anthony,
Attached you will find preliminary drawings and PCN for the above referenced project. If possible I would like a cursory
review prior to submitting. I would like confirmation that the NWP 39 selected is correct and that the submittal to DEQ
is required including a fee of $240 for a regular submittal. I have contacted the mitigation bank for the designated HUC
and there are credits available for the request.
Anthony, a stormwater construction plan has not been designed because of the early stages of the project, but we are
aware that a BMP is required and a wet detention pond is being proposed for means of stormwater treatment.
Please let me know if any other information or documentation will be required in the submittal.
