If possible I would like a cursory review prior to submitting. I would like confirmation that the NWP 39 selected is correct and that the submittal to DEQ is required including a fee of $240 for a regular submittal. I have contacted the mitigation bank for the designated HUC and there are credits available for the request. Anthony, a stormwater construction plan has not been designed because of the early stages of the project, but we are aware that a BMP is required and a wet detention pond is being proposed for means of stormwater treatment. Please let me know if any other information or documentation will be required in the submittal.
